The refund will be issued to the applicable payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturing-related malfunctions are covered separately under our Lifetime Warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
